Tom Angel is a chartered horticulturist and award-winning garden designer, and also the current chairman of the Scottish branch of the Chartered Institute of Horticulture.

Tom's background ranges from horticulture and design to conservation and ecology, and includes twelve years running his own Scotland-wide commercial gardening company looking after clients such as The Crown Estate (Scotland). After having worked all over Scotland, the U.K. and France, Tom qualified in garden design (with Distinction) and established Angel Horticulture Ltd in 2017, going on to win Best New Show Garden and a Silver Gilt Award at Gardening Scotland in 2019. Tom produces all his own planting plans and garden designs, and for larger installations teams up with other skilled horticulturists and landscape gardeners to carry out the physical works.
